What is zita-dc1
zita-dc1 is:
Dynamic range compression reduces the volume of loud sounds or amplifies quiet sounds thus reducing or compressing an audio signal’s dynamic range. DC1 provides a dynamics compressor for use with JACK Audio Connection Kit. It can be used as master effect or as an effect on individual instrument tracks as well.
There are three methods to install zita-dc1
on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install zita-dc1 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install zita-dc1
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install zita-dc1
Install zita-dc1 Using apt
Update apt database with apt
using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install zita-dc1
using apt
by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install zita-dc1
