What is xpmutils
xpmutils is:
The X PixMap image format is an extension of the monochrome X BitMap format specified in the X protocol, and is commonly used in traditional X applications.
This package provides two tools: cxpm (to check the integrity of an XPM file) and sxpm (to view XPM files).
There are three methods to install xpmutils
on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install xpmutils Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install xpmutils
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install xpmutils

After updating apt database, We can install xpmutils
