What is wavtool-pl
wavtool-pl is:
wavtool-pl is a program to concatenate wav files one by one. Offset, length, and volume can be controlled by parameters. Normally used together with Cadencii editor as one of the UTAU cores. It is a drop-in replacement for the proprietary wavtool.exe in UTAU.
There are three methods to install wavtool-pl on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
