on Ubuntu.
What is vulture
vulture is:
Vulture uses static code analysis to find unused classes, functions and variables in Python code. This helps to cleanup and find errors in programs. However, the user has to be aware that the static method has its limitations.
There are three methods to install vulture
on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install vulture Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install vulture
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install vulture
