This tool can apply gamma correction to Linux virtual terminals and many graphical terminals. The correction can use either a single gamma value, or separate ones for each color component (R/G/B).
There are three methods to install vtgamma on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install vtgamma Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install vtgamma using apt-get by running the following command:

After updating apt database, We can install vtgamma using apt by running the following command:
