What is ufiformat
ufiformat is:
ufiformat is a command-line utility for formatting floppy disks in UFI-compatible USB floppy drives. It allows disks to be formatted in any format supported by the drive, and can also be used to determine what format a disk is currently using.
There are three methods to install ufiformat on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install ufiformat Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install ufiformat using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install ufiformat
