What is softhsm-common
softhsm-common is:
SoftHSM 2 is a software implementation of a generic cryptographic device with a PKCS #11 Cryptographic Token Interface.
This is a transitional package and can be safely removed.
There are three methods to install softhsm-common on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
