Seq24 was created to provide a very simple interface for editing and playing midi ’loops’. It is a very minimal sequencer that excludes the bloated features of the large software sequencers and includes a small subset that proved to be useful for live performances.
There are three methods to install seq24 on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install seq24 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install seq24 using apt-get by running the following command:

After updating apt database, We can install seq24 using apt by running the following command:
