In this tutorial we learn how to install rlfe on Ubuntu.
What is rlfe

This tool lets you use history and line-editing in any text oriented tool. This is especially useful with third-party proprietary tools that cannot be distributed linked against readline. It is not perfect but it works pretty well.

There are three methods to install rlfe on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install rlfe Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install rlfe using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install rlfe

After updating apt database, We can install rlfe using apt by running the following command:
