What is r-cran-tidygraph
r-cran-tidygraph is:
A graph, while not “tidy” in itself, can be thought of as two tidy data frames describing node and edge data respectively. ’tidygraph' provides an approach to manipulate these two virtual data frames using the API defined in the ‘dplyr’ package, as well as provides tidy interfaces to a lot of common graph algorithms.
There are three methods to install r-cran-tidygraph on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install r-cran-tidygraph Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install r-cran-tidygraph using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install r-cran-tidygraph
Install r-cran-tidygraph Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install r-cran-tidygraph using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install r-cran-tidygraph
Install r-cran-tidygraph Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install r-cran-tidygraph using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install r-cran-tidygraph
How To Uninstall r-cran-tidygraph on Ubuntu
To uninstall only the r-cran-tidygraph package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove r-cran-tidygraph

To uninstall r-cran-tidygraph and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove r-cran-tidygraph

To remove r-cran-tidygraph configuration and data from Ubuntu we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge r-cran-tidygraph
