In this tutorial we learn how to install r-bioc-stringdb on Ubuntu.

What is r-bioc-stringdb

r-bioc-stringdb is:

The STRINGdb package provides a R interface to the STRING protein-protein interactions database.

The original database is accessible on https://www.string-db.org.
