Qt 6 qmake requires a platform and a compiler description file which contains many default values used to generate appropriate Makefiles.

There are three methods to install qmake6
on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude

Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get -y purge qmake6
