python3-wsaccel is:
WSAccell is WebSocket accelerator for AutobahnPython, ws4py and Tornado. It replaces per-byte process in them with Cython version. AutobahnPython beginning with version 0.6 automatically uses WSAccell if available.
This package provides the Python 3.x module.
There are three methods to install python3-wsaccel on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
