In this tutorial we learn how to install primesieve on Ubuntu.
What is primesieve
primesieve is:
primesieve is a free software program and C/C++ library that generates primes using a highly optimized sieve of Eratosthenes implementation. primesieve can generate primes and prime k-tuplets up to nearly 2^64.

There are three methods to install primesieve on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install primesieve Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install primesieve using apt-get by running the following command:
