In this tutorial we learn how to install ppsh on Ubuntu.
What is ppsh
ppsh is:
The ppsh program takes the output of an arbitrary Haskell Show output on stdin and pretty prints it to stdout. It uses the library provided in the libghc-pretty-show-dev package to parse the input and pretty print the output.
There are three methods to install ppsh on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install ppsh Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install ppsh using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install ppsh

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install ppsh using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install ppsh
