What is piespy
piespy is:
PieSpy is an IRC bot that monitors a set of IRC channels. It uses a simple set of heuristics to infer relationships between pairs of users. These inferrences allow PieSpy to build a mathematical model of a social network for any channel. These social networks can be drawn and used to create animations of evolving social networks.
There are three methods to install piespy on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install piespy Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install piespy using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install piespy
