How To Install node-change-case on Ubuntu

Introduction

In this tutorial we learn how to install node-change-case on Ubuntu.

What is node-change-case

node-change-case is:

Transform a string between camelCase, PascalCase, Capital Case, snake_case, param-case, CONSTANT_CASE and others.

This package currently ships a subset of the modules included in upstream mono repo.

Node.js is an event-based server-side JavaScript engine.

There are three methods to install node-change-case on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install node-change-case Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install node-change-case using apt-get by running the following command:

sudo apt-get -y install node-change-case

Install node-change-case Using apt

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

sudo apt update

After updating apt database, We can install node-change-case using apt by running the following command:

sudo apt -y install node-change-case

Install node-change-case Using aptitude

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

sudo aptitude update

After updating apt database, We can install node-change-case using aptitude by running the following command:

sudo aptitude -y install node-change-case

How To Uninstall node-change-case on Ubuntu

To uninstall only the node-change-case package we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get remove node-change-case

Uninstall node-change-case And Its Dependencies

To uninstall node-change-case and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu, we can use the command below:

sudo apt-get -y autoremove node-change-case

Remove node-change-case Configurations and Data

To remove node-change-case configuration and data from Ubuntu we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get -y purge node-change-case

Remove node-change-case configuration, data, and all of its dependencies

We can use the following command to remove node-change-case configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge node-change-case
