What is `neutron-ha-tool`

neutron-ha-tool is:

Neutron HA tool allows one to manipulate the different components of OpenStack Neutron. For example, it makes it possible to delete, list or migrate all the agents that Neutron provides. This way, it is possible to delete, list or migrate virtual routers in a full HA way.

There are three methods to install neutron-ha-tool on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
