In this tutorial we learn how to install libxnnpack0 on Ubuntu.

What is libxnnpack0

libxnnpack0 is:

XNNPACK is a highly optimized library of floating-point neural network inference operators for ARM, WebAssembly, and x86 platforms. XNNPACK is not intended for direct use by deep learning practitioners and researchers; instead it provides low-level performance primitives for accelerating high-level machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow Lite, TensorFlow.js, PyTorch, and MediaPipe.

This package contains the shared object.

There are three methods to install libxnnpack0 on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install libxnnpack0 Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install libxnnpack0 using apt-get by running the following command:

sudo apt-get -y install libxnnpack0

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

sudo apt update

After updating apt database, We can install libxnnpack0 using apt by running the following command:

sudo apt -y install libxnnpack0

Install libxnnpack0 Using aptitude

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

sudo aptitude update

After updating apt database, We can install libxnnpack0 using aptitude by running the following command:

sudo aptitude -y install libxnnpack0

How To Uninstall libxnnpack0 on Ubuntu

To uninstall only the libxnnpack0 package we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get remove libxnnpack0
