What is libxmltv-perl

Gather television listings, process them and organize your viewing. XMLTV is a file format for storing TV listings, defined in xmltv.dtd.
This package includes the Perl modules that are part of XMLTV, as well as the XMLTV DTD.
There are three methods to install libxmltv-perl on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
