What is libtabixpp0
libtabixpp0 is:
Tabix indexes files where some columns indicate sequence coordinates: name (usually a chromosome), start and stop. The input data file must be position sorted and compressed by bgzip. After indexing, tabix is able to quickly retrieve data lines by chromosomal coordinates.
This package provides a C++ wrapper to the tabix indexer.
There are three methods to install libtabixpp0 on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
