What is libreoffice-parlatype

libreoffice-parlatype is:

Controls Parlatype from within LibreOffice. Adds a toolbar to link the current media file to the document and lets Parlatype go to timestamps on mouseclick or key navigation. A set of macros can be assigned to shortcuts, e.g. inserting timestamps.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
