What is libreoffice-numbertext

libreoffice-numbertext is:

NUMBERTEXT and MONEYTEXT are spreadsheet functions for number to number name and currency name conversion proposed for OpenFormula standard. MONEYTEXT is functionally top-compliant with the ECMA/ISO standard BAHTTEXT function, and supports more than 30 languages.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
