OpenCensus is a toolkit for collecting application performance and behavior data. It currently includes 3 apis: stats, tracing and tags.
There are three methods to install libopencensus-java
on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install libopencensus-java Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libopencensus-java
