The Macromolecular Transmission Format (MMTF) is a compact binary format to transmit and store biomolecular structures for fast 3D visualization and analysis.
There are three methods to install libmmtf-java on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
