In this tutorial we learn how to install libgsound0 on Ubuntu.
What is libgsound0
libgsound0 is:
GSound is a small library for playing system sounds. It’s designed to be used via GObject Introspection, and is a thin wrapper around the libcanberra C library.
This package contains the shared library.
There are three methods to install libgsound0 on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libgsound0 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libgsound0 using apt-get by running the following command:
