CBOR is a general-purpose schema-less binary data format, defined in RFC 7049. This package provides a C library for parsing and generating CBOR.

There are three methods to install libcbor-dev on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
