What is libblasr-dev
libblasr-dev is:
Blasr_libcpp is a library used by blasr and other executables such as samtoh5, loadPulses for analyzing PacBio sequences. This library contains three sub-libraries, including pbdata, hdf and alignment.
This package contains the header files and static library for the alignment sublibrary.
There are three methods to install libblasr-dev on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libblasr-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libblasr-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libblasr-dev

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
