What is `ktorrent`

This package contains KTorrent, a BitTorrent peer-to-peer network client, that is based on the KDE platform. Obviously, KTorrent supports such basic features as downloading, uploading and seeding files on the BitTorrent network. To uninstall ktorrent and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu, we can use the command below:

sudo apt-get -y autoremove ktorrent

Remove ktorrent Configurations and Data

To remove ktorrent configuration and data from Ubuntu we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get -y purge ktorrent
