on Ubuntu.
What is ark
ark is:
Ark manages various archive formats, including tar, gzip, bzip2, rar and zip, as well as CD-ROM images. Ark can be used to browse, extract, create, and modify archives.
This package is part of the KDE SC utilities module.
There are three methods to install ark
on Ubuntu. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install ark Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install ark
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install ark

How To Uninstall ark on Ubuntu
